Reviews and Ratings
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully furnished and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat. The location was superb, close to all the main attractions in Florence. The service was attentive, though communication was a bit challenging at times. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a nice selection available. Overall, a charming and convenient place to stay.
The hotel is perfect for my needs, just a 3-4min walk from the train and tram station, and near the main railway station. The rooms are big, clean, and spacious, ideal for three adults. The service was very nice, allowing us to store our bags before check-in, but a bit antisocial at times. The dining experience offers lots of choices but can get crowded. Overall, a convenient option close to the city center.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean, albeit a bit dark for sleeping due to the limited lighting; however, the old AC made some unsettling noises. The service was generally pleasant and accommodating, though communication was a bit challenging at times due to language barriers. The location was convenient for train travelers, just minutes away from the main station but slightly on the outskirts of the center. The dining experience was decent, with a good selection for breakfast but could get crowded. While the facilities were sufficient, the lack of a regular heater in the room was a downside.
